Take Heart Support Group Teesside, usually known as “Take Heart,” works in the Tees Valley to provide guided exercise, led by British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR) trained tutors and social activities for people with heart problems. We meet at a number of locations. Many locations have a range of exercise equipment, such as exercise bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, etc. For more information, see About and Meeting Places.
